Join YourPlace Therapy at Balance Arts Center for a cozy day of mindfulness events to kick off Mental Health Awareness Month. We will have yoga, soundbath meditation, and a nutrition workshop led by instructors, experts, and YPT staff. This event is designed to help you connect with your inner self through movement, rest, and conversation while de-stressing.
Mindfulness is an evidence-based therapeutic practice that focuses on internal awareness of your body, thoughts, and emotions. The goal is to set aside inner criticisms by being fully present in mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you're new to mindfulness or just want to sharpen your skills in community, this event has something for you. Kick back, relax, and let's dive into mindfulness together.
Each session price will vary based on your interest of attendance. Sliding scale rates are offered per individual sessions for those who are in need of financial assistance but would still like to participate.
All Day Pass: $90
